FIRST CONTEST

Objective: Draw Gaara in what would be his most uncomfortable situation. It does not have to be funny if you don't want it to be, and it can be a short comic/doujinshi. He must display one of these emotions: awkward, discomfort, humiliated, trapped, or embarrassed. Have some fun with this one guys! There are a lot of things you could do. We will allow two entries per member.

:--Prize--: The winner will get their deviation displayed at the top of the club page as a favorite, and get to choose their own drawing of Gaara. The image will be created by Zeke, the club leader who made the Kazekage-Circle I.D. He will draw Gaara in any way of your choosing! DEADLINE: May 13, 2007

SECOND CONTEST

OBJECTIVE: Create an image of Gaara having a good time with another character in the anime Naruto. It may be a pairing, or they can just be friends. Only one entry per member, and it has to be new! In other words, you cannot submit something you made before this contest. We will be accepting entries from now until November 1, 2007. That's a little over a month people!
DEADLINE: November 1, 2007

:--Prize--: A Gaara plush doll, in Kazekage uniform, five to six inxhes in length, in great to mint condition. And one Gaara charm of him as a child that can be put on anything with a zipper, back packs, purses, ect.

RULES:

You must be a member to participate in any contest.

The picture will always require you to include Gaara.

If you want to enter the contest, send a link with the contest image and it will be posted just like any other art submission except it will be titled, "CONTEST ENTRY (#)".

The winner is declared by a member voting system. This is why your contest entries are given numbers. You may not vote for your own entry.

There will be a start date for each contest as well as an end date. Once the date has expired we will accept no more entries.

If the contest includes a prize for the winner, then the winner must provide their mailing address to a club leader associate. In other words, do not enter the contests unless you are comfortable giving us your address.


VOTING:

Take into account not just how good the picture looks, but how much time the other artist spent on it. How much attention did they pay to detail? Did thay add color?

To vote you send a note to the club including the # of the entry you like the best.

You may not vote until after the end date for the contest. Every entry must be in before voting begins, otherwise it is not fair.

PRIZES:

-In the case a contest includes a prize, it will be delivered by mail.

-Any shipping costs will be on us.
